When you submit the demo request form we collect your name, business name and email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, location and line of business.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to respond to your request and to discuss our services with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients

Your data is stored with our hosting and database provider and delivered to us by an email service provider, acting as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

5. International transfers

Where processors are located outside the EEA, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention
